With Disc Wiz, duplication is a very easy process from start to product!

When you contact Disc Wiz, we are on a first name basis and you will always have someone working directly with you. Once your artwork is submitted, we prep it for printing by checking all layers, bleeds, placement, and color balance so it prints just how you want it. If we find something that might need adjusting we will contact you to discuss possible solutions.

Once the artwork is ready for printing we provide you with a proof as either a soft copy, e-mailed to you, or, if requested, a hard copy that will be printed on an actual disc. In order to stay on track for your delivery date we must get approval within 24 hours of providing you with a proof.

If you provided us with a disc to duplicate from (a master), we run it through a content verification system which checks the disc bit by bit and will let us know if there are any problems with the master. Once verification is complete and there are zero errors, we begin the duplication process. In case of errors, we ask that you provide us with at least two (2) masters of different type of media.

During duplication, your content is checked consistently. For video or audio discs, we verify the disc in disc players and also compare the disc with content verification, matching that of the master. For data discs the content in verified by content.

We print in high resolution 1440x1440 using a 6 color process so your discs will look their best.

After printing, the discs move to the drying area and your order is packaged for distribution.
